We were picked up from the airport, given great restaurants and a great massage right by the sea twice a week.
Amazing hotel! Very friendly staff and nothing is to much trouble! Rooms bathrooms are both very clean, We left our bags here for 3 days when we went on a tour of halong bay, and decided to check back in for another 3 nights as we loved it so much!
